What is my favourite wildlife experience?

That is a question asked by Audley Travel and Trips100 in a travel bloggers and vloggers challenge. The problem for me is that I could not lock it down to just one. I love seeing wildlife, possibly driven by growing up as a child in Zimbabwe and from a young age appreciating and being able to see wildlife.

So, here are my three top wildlife experiences from the last three years. Which of these would you most want to do and why? Leave a comment below as I would love to hear your answer to: what is your favourite wildlife experience you would like to do (or do again)?

Tanzania Safari

I had been on safari in Zimbabwe and South Africa, but I was totally amazed by Tanzania. The scale of the place and the enormous quantities of wildlife was staggering. Take a look at the animals I saw and filmed in my video below.

Bear Watching Finland

Close to the Russian border we sat quietly for a few hours in small wooden huts close to a river packed with salmon that the bears were known to come in the early evening to eat. The wait was worth it to see bears like this.

Svalbard Arctic 

This is probably the most remarkable overall travel experience to date. I saw polar bears, Arctic Fox, reindeers and massive walrus.
