FREE: THE CRUISE GLOBE HAS LAUNCHED. HAVE YOU GOT YOURS YET?
THE CRUISE GLOBE HAS LAUNCHED. HAVE YOU GOT YOURS YET?
A while ago I let you know about a cool new tool called The Cruise Globe that you could sign up for early release, but I am pleased to let you know that after being limited to only those people that had pre-registered, The Cruise Globe is now open to every cruiser to use for free.
You can sign up for it at https://thecruiseglobe.com
What is The Cruise Globe?
In this you enter your past cruises, and it shows them on a digital map of the globe, and it creates your cruise passport telling you not only how many cruises you have done but also things like how many miles, ports, nights and more.
All of this can be shared with friends and family.
Like the physical The Cruise Maps, this shows the exact route your cruises went, including any diversions or unusual sailing patterns, as it uses the actual satellite tracking data that was captured real time.
What I love is it is possible to zoom right in and look at where the ship was docked in a port and play around with different angles to even look at the terrain the ship sailed through too.
The Cruise Passport that The Cruise Globe creates is a cool feature, as I can see from the 46 cruises I have entered so far, they cover 496 nights, 39 ships, 19 lines, 197 ports and 56 countries.
The Cruise Globe was created by friends of mine (Matt and Will) who are the brains being The Cruise Maps, which are the physical maps you can order of any cruise to hang framed or in A4 size to add to an album.
To give you a flavour of what you can expect if you sign up and use the free The Cruise Globe, here are some teasers attached to this post based on the 46 cruises I have entered in there so far.

If you create your own The Cruise Globe, there is a “buy this map” for each cruise you enter but no purchase in necessary to have this tool. It is free to set up and keep updating after every cruise. But if are interested in getting a physical map to hang or add to an album use https://www.TheCruiseMaps.com/TFT and get 10% discount added at check-out!

I look forward to hearing about your cruise globes and passport details!
